Senaman + Diet yg sihat (PESANAN: ENTRY YG PANJANG..)

Afternoon uolls...


Yes...hrni aku nak share about my diet and regular exercise (yg xbape nak regular sgt lah kan  >___<
starting by yesterday evening, I've tried myself to use treadmill..yes, I am kind of person yg sgt lah malas nak doing an excersise b4fore...but, after I was think It just a waste if I'm not having a healthy lifestyle...so aku pun merajinkan diri,exercise....semalam berjaya to do 10 minutes exercise on the treadmill,n today add up another 5 minutes... :) :)  (kalau dulu, nampak any kind of exercise equipment..memang pandang sebelah mata je) ..yup, cuz I was not motivated and tak yakin that I can do it....but NOW..tidak lagi...huhu.


then, .... I was looking for a better food replacement...AGAIN...food replacement!!!! ...yes, apakah food replacement itu???? jeng jeng jeng........

selama ni, org sekeliling dok kata i PUT ON WEIGHT, dah xcam dulu lg..

I was lyke to fainted at that moment...
Ya Rabbi....jahat sunggoh mulut kauuuu..

tapi, xpe..I teruskan consumed that food replacement...
again it was a food replacement  like i told u b4 because
when you consumed,you will faced not to eat alot like before, and many changes will happen to you.

like mine, 
after consumed FORMULA 1, and TEA MIX it was superrrr kenyangggggg
and tak rasa nak makan pun after that... on f1 it contains 55 NUTRITION...AGAIN 55 NUTRITION..mampukah korang find out 55 nutrisi SEHARI?????

and saved a lot of my money on foodssssss...
kalau x, before this Mc D la,KFC la, you named it any single fast food yg best2...i'll go there.
belum masuk lg bab2 dessert and main course yg best2..
kadang2 kalau teringin sgt2, i'll will cook my own fooodssss..
now,tidak lagi :) :)Bukan I tak layan lg any fast food or tak masak langsung..BUT
I THINK I SHOULD GIVE MY BODY A HEALTHY FOODS...
and kalau nak find out healthy foods memang lah byk...tengok je piramid makanan tu haa
ada je portion2 yg sepatutnya kita makan



TAPI............
Sanggup x korang mencari2 bahan2 yang sepatutnya korg makan dalam sehari I MEAN the complete nutrition for your body tu...
so..HERBALIFE IS THE OPTION.....


and based on my experience:
i dah turun 5 kilos in a week last year from 58kilo to 53 kilo...can u imagine?..
on that time, i was TOO OBSESSED sampai tak makan cuz nak betul2 turun berat badan..
